libghc-fixed-dev software package provides signed 15.16 precision fixed point arithmetic, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-fixed-dev
libghc-fixed-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-fixed-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-fixed-dev *
You will get with libghc-fixed-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
